I bet it is one of the best CSV-files apps for Shopify ( if not the best ). Easy to work with, and quite fast. Good Work.
We use this app regularly (for at least two years running) in the management of our Shopify store...this is the Gold Standard in terms of advanced (and simplified) data importing and exporting above and beyond the packaged offering from Shopify. Their use of the COMMAND option from the API is superb. Support is responsive and honest. www.schedule73parts.us
Exporting and importing Shopify products was always very stressful because every little accidental change could mess up all products, but Matrifixy has given me back the confidence to export and import larger files. Some of the (many) features I really love that come with Matrixify are that you are able to choose real specific product/variant/collection/page -or whatever you want- attributes, sort/customize the columns in the order you want them to be, schedule exports (good for automation,) generate specific data to the specific formats they need and save the export-settings so you can easily export files with the same settings.

An essential app for Shopify. We've used it daily for over 2 years.
So easy to use and very powerful.
It's better to use one of the (fairly affordable) pricing plans however having a free option is a great way to test it first.
I wish the documentation was more extensive as I'm sure there is more it can do for us, like setting the default options for imports.

As for the documentation - we have quite an extensive documentation about each tiny aspect of the app on our website https://matrixify.app. That also includes hundreds of tutorials of what you can do with it.
About setting the default options for imports - that's an interesting suggestion, as you cannot do that at the moment. We will write you from our Support some additional clarifying questions to see how can we solve it for you.
If you are missing another specific explanation, please, tell our Support as well, we will be happy to document that.

I love the wide range of functionality that Matrixify offers. I can import and export virtually anything to and from Shopify. Where Shopify cannot import/export data, Matrixify fills the gaps. Highly recommend.

Excellent app! it has saved me tons of days of work. I recommend to any one who has to migrate their shop or needs to update their files on CSV. Their support is also very quick and very attentive. I also recommend watching their tutorials. I have learnt a lot with this software!
My goal was to duplicate my website to allow my customers to checkout in a different currency. I therefore needed to move all my products and collections to the new website.
I was about to delete the app because my poor skills couldn't make it work... And then I had the "brilliant" idea to contact its developer to see if he could help me.
Maris (the genius behind the app) replied in less than 2 minutes and did EVERYTHING to help me! He went above and beyond, stayed up past midnight (his time) on a Friday night to help me figure out what I did wrong. Now, I don't want people to think he works 24/7, but the fact that he helped after hours and made sure I was 100% satisfied is a rare and admirable quality.
All in all:

- CUSTOMER SERVICE = 5 STARS
I can't recommend this app and Maris enough!
