ExchangeIt Returns & Exchange

The team at ExchangeIT is amazing, I never encountered a team so willing to help out and develop the features I requested, they made all the changes I asked within a few days. The app has a very affordable price and does exactly what I needed it to do. I didn't want a fancy app with dozens of different services, I only needed store managers to be able to process exchanges for online orders and this works beautifully. Thank you to Adrien and the rest of the team.

Exchange it does exactly what it says on the tin! It's really simple to install on the shopify store, and really easy to use.
We use it for other functions such as resends etc, so dramatically reduced our customer service admin time, and improves the customer experience. Alex and the team quickly respond to any issues and resolve where possible. Would recommend!

The app is perfect for processing exchanges and the replies to any query are super prompt and very helpful.

This app works great, it saves me soooooo much time doing exchanges. My business is a dog appareal company so we havce a lot of exchanges and i would spend hours making new orders. I really dont have any complaints.

We downloaded this app to help us with our exchange process in our store and it has worked exactly as advertised. Really helps with not inconveniencing our customers. We had one minor glitch and Alex fixed our problem in moments. Would recommend to all!

I like how easy it is to use and install the app. It's even better now that returns are available. My only suggestion is to combine the refunds and the charges in the apps.

Simple app that is affordable comapred to others. Would like to see more new features and would happily pay a little more to make it a one stop shop returns portal.
Service and helpdesk is responsive and helpful/ We have been using this app for 5-6 years now.

I have download the app and it is showing all values in $ not £s....?
No ability to change the currency... waiting to hear from the Developer.
