Simple app that is affordable comapred to others. Would like to see more new features and would happily pay a little more to make it a one stop shop returns portal.
Service and helpdesk is responsive and helpful/ We have been using this app for 5-6 years now.

I have been using this app for a while and it's great, the only thing I wish it had was a better way to distinguish products with the same name, in my case adding a "Vender" dropdown to show additional product detail would solve this problem. Other than that awesome app!

Exchange It has helped simplify the exchange process for our store and make it so much easier for us as well as more professional to deal with the exchanges for our customers. The new development of being able to do refunds and send invoices where the exchange is not a like for like product has been a great addition to the app. We have only once had a question and it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this app to anyone, in particular if you are running a store where exchanges are common.
