We've used this app for a few years now with no issues, it's great. But now it's even better. With the automated returns & exchanges functionality that they came out with it's made our lives a lot easier. Customer support is fantastic and has helped us to get the new features implemented seamlessly. I can't recommend this app enough if you need to help manage the returns & exchange process.

Note for management: give Adrien Larere a pay raise, he was amazing to deal with & made the new features easy to understand. I'd suggest a minimum of a 50% bump in pay, but that's your call.

I have been using ExchangeIt across multiple companies and for several years now. It has made processing Exchanges and now Returns so much easier for myself and my team. Their support staff is very responsive and fills voids in Shopify's platform.

Great app, easy to use for merchant and customer. Alex was so helpful with the walkthrough and answering any questions I had. Customer service is next level! And your customers will love the ease of this app.
