I really like this app, it's easy to navigate, however, there is one thing that I wish you could improve on. When I'm exchanging for another product and input - for example: Barrio Navy Joggers - 20 different styles comes up which are not related to the 'Barrio' name. Sometimes I have to scroll through a lot of items to find the right one. I wish the search filter could narrow down items to just this style and not 20 different styles of joggers. Hope this makes sense. Other than that, the app is good.
Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you enjoy our app! When searching for a product in Exchange It, all product fields (title, description, etc) are searched. In your example of "barrio," I suspect that the other items that are showing up have "barrio" somewhere in the product description or were at one time duplicated from the "original" barrio item, if that makes sense. The more specific you can be in your search query, the better. In fact, you can search by SKU for optimal results. I hope that helps to clear things up!
Does a great job at simplifying exchanges - straightforward and quick. The developers provide great support too - quick & responsive - they've gone out of their way to help me set up Exchange It for our store - we have a custom checkout and shipping so needed their help.

I sell women's suits and sizing can be tricky. We offer free exchanges and this makes it super easy. My only feedback is that it should be also be able to send the person a return label. I have to go into the admin send them the return label then open this and process the exchange. To be able to do it all at the same time would be ideal. I do love the app. Makes everything so seamless.

I have been using this app for a while and it's great, the only thing I wish it had was a better way to distinguish products with the same name, in my case adding a "Vender" dropdown to show additional product detail would solve this problem. Other than that awesome app!
Unfortunately this app does not work with our e-tail back-end software (Skubana) so we're going to have to find another solution.

Exchange It has helped simplify the exchange process for our store and make it so much easier for us as well as more professional to deal with the exchanges for our customers. The new development of being able to do refunds and send invoices where the exchange is not a like for like product has been a great addition to the app. We have only once had a question and it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this app to anyone, in particular if you are running a store where exchanges are common.

I would say the customer service is the best. I had an issue with the invoicing being sent from a different email and the exchange it team rectified the problem and worked on adding a way where I can choose which email to sent from. I am happy and would highly recommend them.
