Absolutely no service when having problems!

Zu der Meldung vom Anbieter als Reaktion auf diese Bewertung: Ja, nicht wir, sondern unsere Agentur war in Kontakt. Und nein, die Rückmeldung oder eine Hilfestellung gab es nicht. WIr haben inzwischen einen Weg gefunden, die Steuerproblematik via Tags und Rabatt zu korrigieren.

Zu diesem Punkt: "die Rückmeldung oder eine Hilfestellung gab es nicht": das ist glatt gelogen.
Sieben Emails wurden zwischen uns ausgetauscht.

Es ist äußerst ungerecht eine 1 Sterne Bewertung für eine Einschränkung der Shopify Platform zu vergeben, auf die wir keinerlei Einfluss haben (kein Steuerabzug bei Fixpreisen).

Rabattcodes und Tags - das klingt nach einer sehr professionellen Lösung. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass das Finanzamt, ausgewiesene Steuern, die dann per Rabatt wieder abgezogen werden, auch so sieht.
