Avoid returns and fake orders Processing only OTP verified or call verified orders can save you from returns, fake orders and unnecessary shipping costs. 3. Order Status Reports Call and SMS OTP logs along with the Order status are available within Shopify. Helps in tracking order status: confirmed, canceled or pending verification.
