This app is very useful and user friendly. The development team is easy to work with and very accessible. If you are looking for a way to incorporate event bookings into your Shopify site, check out the Experiences App!

Fantastic App that handles all our different types of booking experiences both free and chargeable so we can get on with delivering them. The team couldn't be more helpful. Finally, the search is over for our booking and ticketing problems.

Just installed it and it's pretty straight forward and easy to use! Really excited to be able to offer this off of the Airbnb platform and on my own site. I had a question and hit the chat button and someone got back to me within a minute or two and answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far, I'm stoked!

Had been searching for an 'events' app that would use the existing shopify payment gateway instead of requiring integration with the vendor's payment platform. We implemented the Experiences app a couple of weeks ago and it has revolutionized our sales and management of events and reservations. The installation was simple and the developer support has been nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

I must thank Mark for all the assistance he gave me in getting the app set up correctly. For a person who is just starting out, it can be very difficult to integrate the applications to the web, but Mark personally provides assistance via Zoom and chat, including reviewing the codes of the pages so that the application works correctly according to the needs and requirements of the client.
The customer support service is very efficient like google, amazon or paypal. Recommended 100%. The app "Experiences: Events & Tickets." it is magnificent

Phenomenal customer service and exactly what we needed. The only app and frankly the only booking software that could integrate in shopify and provide event bookings hourly in one event post. This APP will save you so much time if you are selling tickets for group tours with different individuals.

Great potential with this app but MANY regular glitches that requires tech support. Seems unfinished.
I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot your issue and help you solve it! After reviewing our successful support thread with you, it looks like a third-party app that “unpublishes” products by deleting them and “republishes” them by creating new ones and that seems to have created some problems.

After looking through about 10 different apps experience has got to be the cleanest one I've found for managing my bookings. It has all the features I need and easy to set up. I did find a small bug with my theme and the app not agreeing (I don't understand why) but Chip on the live chat was really quick to fix it all. Excellent app and even better customer service. Thanks!

I was looking for a complete app that would allow me to set up events for my customers and I am so glad I found this one. It has everything you would ever need to be able to customize when it comes to setting up events. Not only that, but the customer service is stellar. I had a slight issue with adjusting code to get my colors to match, and they took care of it for me. I am very impressed and I can't wait to get my next events rolling! Thank you for such a great EXPERIENCE! ;)
