EXPO ‑ Extra Product Options

Fantastic app for product options!
It’s easy to configure and integrates seamlessly with our Prestige theme. We ran into two minor issues during testing, and both were fixed almost immediately by the support team. Outstanding service—highly recommended!

After trying 10 other apps this one works perfect. Had some issues with the check out process, support fixed this for us directly! PERFECT!

The app does exactly what is mentioned. Bruce & Alina have been impeccable in resolving theme compatibility issue. They have really worked hard to resolve the issue promptly despite being out of the office. Highly recommended to sellers who sell custom options.

I love this app, I was looking for one that updated the price in real time and could do upsell and you can modify the style with CSS
And it also needs to be able to see the thumbnail of the photo uploaded to the cart, although I already solved it with a bit of code.

同様のアプリを多数試したところ、当方で使っているテーマに対応しており、テーマを大きく汚さず、直感的に触れるのがEXPOでした。
価格も安い！

しかし、無事オンラインショップをオープンした直後（2022年10月頃）にこのアプリのバージョンが3になり、大きく仕様が変わりました。
そしてShopifyのCheckout APIがチェックアウトページで問題を引き起こし、私の行っていた独自のカスタマイズとも競合し、それまで使えていた価格追加系のオプションが使えなくなりました。

その際に色々と問い合わせたのですが、迅速で非常に真摯に対応してくださいました。
結局、ShopifyのCheckout APIが修正されない限りは、価格追加系のオプションが使えない事態にはなりましたが、このアプリ自体は良いものでサポートにも満足していたため、そのまま使用していました。
アプリの製作者は、公式コミュニティでも働きかけてくれていました。

それから半年ほど経って再度試した所、Checkout APIが改善されており、価格追加系のオプションが使えるようになりました。
ただ、軽微な不具合が残っていたので、また製作者に問い合わせたら、すぐに対応してくれました。

At this point in time it does what I need it to do. Any issues I contacted the support team and they helped me out very quickly.

What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating experience. I reached out to support and clearly described my problem, but Bruce (the operator) left me waiting for over 45 minutes with no response, only to send an automated message asking for my email so they could get back to me. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to actually help. If you are running a business and need timely or reliable support, I would not recommend this app.
