Usually I don´t leave reviews, but this app and the team deserves it. Has all you need for product variations and options. And the support from the technical team is amazing. Fast and resolutive! Highly recommended!

11/27/23 Once Again! Love the quick response given by Mia and her team. I found that my product options had an issue and not 10 minutes later the problem was resolved. Thanks Again Mia!! I'm very happy with the app and the customer service. It's EXCELLENT!!!!!

10/18/23 I love the fact that when you need assistance they are quick to help you out. I was having issues adding the options but Mia saved the day! :) Thank You so much Mia! Your Awesome! So glad I chose this app. I had spent two days trying to pick an app that would help me add the option to upload photos and names and I was having so much trouble with each one I tried. This app is great!!

So far so good! I can find all my needs in this app. But when i can't find something, i just ask the support team and they solve it for me :) Although the support team sometimes get mixed up, i guess it just happens because they are trying to be online as much as they can :) Highly recommended.

We used this app to add extra colour swatches to our products. It's worked well for the most part, setting up the different options. Although for some reason the app seemed to take over almost as a separate sales channel on our orders and prevented our customers from receiving their order confirmation emails. The good thing is, we spotted the problem and SeedGrow fixed it. So we'll continue to use the app for what it's designed for.

I am always a little nervous adding new apps and keep my fingers crossed that if I am unable to make it work (or I break something) that the app support can.

The EXPO support team have been so good, and the app itself is meeting all of my expectations.

Nous nous sommes rendu compte que sur presque toutes les commandes avec prénom customisé (ça remonte jusqu'au mois de juin), le client a payé 0€ au lieu de 3€ à cause d'un problème avec l'application EXPO... (pas résolu à ce jour).
Cette application nous a fait PERDRE de l'argent (70€) au lieu de nous en faire gagner.
Et depuis qu'on l'a, il a eu de nombreux bugs et problèmes qu'on a du leur faire remonter afin qu'ils les solutionnent.
En clair, je ne recommande pas pour le moment. Il y a des progrès à faire.

There are a variety of factors contributing to the outcomes of checkout details. And it appears that the EXPO app alone couldn't get all the issues resolved.
