EXPORT OrderPro: Order reports

Support was excellent at adding a custom column to our report for a site-wide sale. We use this app daily and would highly recommend it to other Shopify customers.

What can I say? This is the kind of app/team you would love to work with.

- Easy to use/understand
- Very flexible for all use cases
- Multiple file formats
- It can export to external sources like FTP, etc., on a schedule.

The support team (Menelaos) went above and beyond to resolve my use case within one day. He also took extra time to walk through my setup to suggest any improvements and ensure I was using the app to its full potential.

Amazing experience.

This app had exactly what I needed to run reports. I made attempts to contact other options but the customer service rep went above and beyond to help/educate me. He ( Menelaos) was always available to chat and work out my concerns. Thank you!!!

Great app, we've been using it for more than 12 month.

Wonderful support - even implemented a feature for us "auto send at a certain time" as well so they listen to feedback.

I have been using their app for a while now and have not been disappointed in the flexibility the app offers.

I recently contacted them to see if they could add a new field to view the Delivery Instructions from the Local Delivery feature Shopify offers. They promptly looked into the problem and determined they were unable to add this field due to Shopify not implementing the API yet.

Overall, Menelaos responded quickly and was very informative on to why this field could not be added.

Hopefully Shopify can update their API soon.

Does exactly what I need it to do--haven't needed to open the app in months. Took a bit of troubleshooting to start, but very user-friendly.

App is brilliant to use and streamlines our order processing. Menelaos is very helpful with queries and comes back quickly with helpful replies!
