The app could (and should) be great - however UTF-8 does not work properly and sometimes we receive no cc.
Now, not getting a cc is not the biggest problem. UTF-8 not working is a very big problem!

EDIT - windows 1252 does not work either with German letters. Find solution please.
When we tested the file on our machine (Mac), the words appeared correctly. Some OS might have different encoding. That's why our app provides multiple encodings, please test out a different encoding to see which works. From our experience, the encoding for Germany is usually Windows-1252.
This app does a great job of letting you export things however you need to to keep up with tracking the performance of your business.
