App would work wonders if it would just stop reporting items already sold on to Mutiple platforms.
Their software keeps making duplicates on poshmark, depop, mercari etc, hundreds of duplicate listings that will get your store suspended and waste your time. They say they fixed and its not. Then when confronted Yair will dodge the answers and not be honest or forthright.dont trust this app. It's a cancer to your inventory.
7 days... no answer on sync problems. Using it to sync mercari, poshmark, depop every 72 hours they each disconnect. It creates duplicates in poshmark now 5 times and each time is hundreds of dups like 4x of each listing. No answers, no solutions, they candidly admitted they just aren't even trying to fix 8t because they don't know why it happens. Average cust service response 48 hours and they always say will open a ticket. Average ticket response about 6 days... not reliable. No communication. No consistency other than it's errors.
Now 11 days bo fix they claim if I log into poshmark or mercsri, log out, clear cache, sell a proruct that changes inventory count, chsnge a setting, put store on vacation etc it's my fault that their software then doesn't work... literally 37 problems in less than 6 months - don't use this app. We deleted its use. It's a nightmare will cause hundreds of duplkcated and be a headache with no answers from customer support people named jairu Melanie and Yair

Full review the software kept 1. Disconnecting 2. Making duplicated when reconnecting 3. When we questioned what they considered functional they didn't like it. Answers took. 7 to 10 days to get. Finally they terminated our account because they couldn't fix it and we asked for a refund so they didn't refund and just deleted the account. Mercari poshmark and depop would work 3 days in a row. Yair and Jairus have no answers either if they respond at all to the help request submissions. Also it doesn't update and refresh your invr tory consistently.
Before connecting my stores i wrote to you and asked if it ok to connect different currencies ... Inquired request was wrongly replied and now we have to write all this: to whom it may concern, dear Sir, if your team update and cooperate we could try to make this Fix beneficial for both of us in less time and less stress and what is important a minor loss for us..as you 50 items been ruined and some of 1/3 are still not updated and or synced.... I have to reconsider my review/s about this company. I talked to 5 different people, One was clear and helpful worked on Saturday, buy doees not repling on odd days... So sending me from one guy to another is honestly not smart as for me, and not professional as not all team reads what above and understands...what happened. plz have a thought, if you be online for us this days! (no replies for yesterday at all - Monday was it) at least some questions above be answered and i could help this a thing: exp..tore work with you, right mates? Now i see that i need to renew token to shopify( just scared to do anything now as who know it can again change 1/6 of my prices in the shop) , 69 % of listings/products are not connected you are not replying 2nd day on what I asked a lot of questions above. First was how to enable price syncing.... So, customer service is also not good as to my case, you know I have another time zone here, i told you before, ...Meanwhile my guy is fixing the prices manually, the 50+ more items been destroyed... Black Friday in 3 days, the most important is price this time, guy went to football me from one to another....Black friday starts tomorrow
