Been using for nearly two years, support has been there and fixed some errors when they happened, app has come a long way and integrations work great!
This app is beyond useless. Every time I export to Vinted I get banned. DO NOT USE this app it will get you banned and does not work. I now have to once again contact Vinted and try and get unbanned. They will not allow the use of this app. I have contacted customer services and it is not resolved and has now happened 4 times. Be aware there will be a generic response below this from customer service saying they have solved it but THEY HAVE NOT. DO not use this whatever you do if you want to not get banned by vinted
We’re really sorry you’ve had this experience. Unfortunately, Vinted’s account restrictions and enforcement decisions are outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating this is. Our team is actively working to find a solution and improve the Vinted integration.
It's complicated and not cheap, but when you total up the cost of individual plugins and the features others are missing, it becomes clear. For example, whatnot's own plugin doesn't code for brand, but theirs does. They also offer beginner deals and pretty decent customer service.
Thanks for the detailed review! Really glad ExportYourStore is filling in some of those gaps for you, especially with Whatnot, and that our support team has been helpful. We appreciate you giving us a try!
