Extend is a great way to increase AOV and overall revenue while also supporting your customers!
We have technical difficulties due to the way our shopify store is set up and their team is attentive and works with us to find solutions to customize the experience to our needs.
Implementation is super simple and done through the app which we can appreciate!

We've offered Extend product protection and shipping protection to our customers for a couple of years now and both products are very popular. My experience with them has been great. The support I've received from our account manager has been great, the merchant portal is good and easy to use, the website and customer service for the customers is good. I highly recommend them.

We've been using Extend to offer a sense of reassurance on big ticket items, and we're getting good revenue from it. The backend system basically runs itself, and my experience with the integration team, when onboarding, was smooth and painless.

The Extend team has been great from the moment we set up our initial call. They are always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and understand the different facets of our business. It is also great to know that our products are protected from shipping and beyond!

We've been working with Extend for a bit over a year and overall they have been really great. We have had a few instances where they denied a claim for seemingly no reason, because the customer was within the appropriate timeframe and eligible for the claim (whether it be a ring resize or repair), and unfortunately they tell the customer that it's something that our company should cover when it is not. Each time when we've questioned Extend they've conceded and realized they were wrong, but ideally this doesn't happen at all because the customer gets upset at us thinking we're not doing something we should be doing, and in addition are annoyed at the extended time the back and forth with Extend takes before getting a resolution.

But overall I would definitely recommend them! They are great to work with and our customers have been very happy knowing they have protection for their products.

App works great and support is quick to help when needed. Highly recommended if you are looking to offer extended protection plans on your website.
