App accomplishes what it is set up to do. Customer Service was there to help with minor issues I had, most of my making. Author was receptive to suggestions for a new app. If we start pulling our Amazon products to our Shopify store (more than the free 20 we get with another app that we used before adding this app from Thalia), we will be looking to switch to Thalia's Connectr for Amazon Sellers if it is as good as this app. Reward good app builders who are there to help when things are not going right.

So far this app has been exactly what I want it to be and has enabled the addition of my products so easily, I couldn't believe it. I initially couldn't get it to work, and contacted support. I expected to wait a day or so to hear from them, but after getting a drink, I came back to my computer to find a response saying they had already done it! Amazing customer service and so friendly. I have a more complicated issue now and asking the support team for help. I've upgraded to the pro plan as this solves all of my integration problems for the addition of new products from my supplier who has a weird integration!

Had a few minor issues after installation (on our end). Support was FANTASTIC! Prompt and immediately fixed the problem. Very good back and forth communication. After having tried a few of these apps I would definitely recommend Outlink to anyone in need of quality external link services!

This app is like Magic! Their customer service is fast and so helpful. I struggled to rename or eliminate the buy now button on my own for days staring at code and then poof this app solved all my problems in like 10 min. Get this app you will NOT regret it.

I like this app. SInce I don't sell products and just sent visitors to the manufacturer's sites I don't want anyone going through checkout and this is the ticket to doing that.
