I can NOT get a hold of ANY support - I have used the contact form in Shopify app store AND emailed - zero replies.
And now their code is breaking our Shopify product theme template.
I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
Shopify Team - Please do something ASAP!!!!!!!

Then very simple - just reply and solve support the customer ticket!

After receiving your email we replied back within a few hours but haven't heard back from you. It looks like our emails are getting received on your end. Please check your spam folder, and you might find our reply of 10th April. If found, please mark as not spam so our emails land in your primary inbox. We are still waiting for your response and looking forward to working with you to resolve the issue for you. We have been given a negative review for no fault of ours.

I upgraded my theme and broke the Outlink button and support fixed it for me quickly and efficiently..... the button works great for my affiliate links and it's easy to use.

I have used the app as a paying customer with satisfaction, only I have been restricted from the service desk.
I need help with re-installation of the outlink buttons on the quick add buttons (home and collection pages etc.). Can you please help me re-install the Outlink button on the Quick page parts, and make sure I can access the service desk for tickets again?

Wasn't great originally, we'd bought the App and I wasn't seeing the code on the site required to complete the integration guide.
I used their support link to raise a case, however the reply said I'm restricted from using their helpdesk and it didn't work. So I emailed them using the email address given, sadly no reply came back further to my request for help.
The next day the functionality was working on the site, so I don't know what happened or who fixed it.

Outlink has been an awesome thing to incorporate into our online store! I was having some technical difficulties and reached out to their support team. Within an hour they had responded and helped me correct my issue.

Brilliant app, does exactly what it says and I use it to connect to products on Amazon and also courses on a different platform. I did need help to do the installation but I emailed and they were brilliant - did it all for me very quickly. Highly recommended.
