I can NOT get a hold of ANY support - I have used the contact form in Shopify app store AND emailed - zero replies.

And now their code is breaking our Shopify product theme template.

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

Shopify Team - Please do something ASAP!!!!!!!

Then very simple - just reply and solve support the customer ticket!

After receiving your email we replied back within a few hours but haven't heard back from you. It looks like our emails are getting received on your end. Please check your spam folder, and you might find our reply of 10th April. If found, please mark as not spam so our emails land in your primary inbox. Support is non existent. No response for my email query (checked my spam as well). Cutting my losses ($25) and uninstalling the app.

This app is amazing. But be aware; The app can delete products in your shopify store! Means that if you press the wrong button in the app your product is deleted in your store. You can not get it back.

The app shouldn't have access to changings like that in the store. There is even a "delete all" button which would delete ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE (not the links).

Be aware. This can delete your whole store and there is no backup. You would be screwed. I wrote to the shopify support so that they take action.

The outlink support wrote me that if you delete them they are gone, they do not even have a back up for cases like that.

Nightmare an highly unprofessional. Imagine someone deleting 1000 products!

Better chose another option if possible for you.

I really think all these reviews for this app are fake. This doesn't work at all I use the DAWN theme and it's impossible to use this app. I checked a youtube video about how to do it and in the comment section people have the same problems that I have. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT DOESN'T WORK I wasted 2 hours trying to connect it to my store don't waste your time just try a different app. I wish I could give 0 stars because it doesn't even deserve a 1 star

We do not have a Youtube video. Our installation instructions are mentioned in our docs. Our support team is ready to assist anytime when contacted.

It is unfair to give us the lowest possible rating without giving us the opportunity to address your issues. And to say that other reviews are fake is highly incorrect.
