Outlink External Links Button

Overview: Best external link app out there (I tried "Affiliatify ‑ External Links" not as good)

Goods:
- best/fast costumer service
- can toggle external links on and off fairly easily

Bads:
- app interface/navigation needs improvements.

Improvements:
It is a bit weird to get actually add your external link products. You have to go to the "Bulk Editor/Via Search." You can edit product links in the home tab, but only 1 at a time.
It's a bit confusing. The "home" tab should be the same as the "bulk editor."

Customer service experience:
1st ISSUE (resolved):
At first I set up my links and it did not work at all. All my products had no button whatsoever, their product pages were just blank.
- BUT, I contacted customer service, they fixed my code for me, and they were fast (within the hour). App works great now.

2nd ISSUE:
My dynamic checkout button is missing for my main product. I am not sure if its due to the "Outlink" itself or but I have contacted the customer service and I will update my review when they respond.

I used it on Free theme (Mr.Parker), it was working very well. Then I bought a new theme, but it was not working at the beginning, then I contacted the support team. Such amazing help from the customer service, they fixed the issue for me in the next day, this app is working very well, the price is very worth.

I have been using this app for about 6 months now. This is a great solution to link out to our affiliate partner products. I had an issue today because I had changed themes and without realizing had stopped the code from working with my theme change. I sent a support request and they responded within 1 hour and had everything fixed up and working great again. Very impressed with the support response time and the functionality of the app itself.

Great app, easy to install and setup. Support is amazing. We upgraded and our stats were not working. Contacted support and they responded in under an hour and rectified the situation. Highly recommended.

The app is an awesome option that allows you to use all of the features and benefits of the Shopify platform to create an external linking (affiliate) website. It is simple to install/use, straightforward and integrates nicely as an option on product pages. The bulk import/modify features are also nice when you need to create or modify a large quantity of external product links. But, by far, the best part of this app is the support! If you need help, they are there for you and respond quickly. If you need to support (paid) external links on your site, or you are looking to create an entire (paid) external link website using Shopify, this is, hands down, the best app for the job.

Prathamesh was wonderful and very patient with me. I had forgotten how to add the Outlink. His emails reminded me how and I was able to install the ap with no problem. He was professional and courteous. I recommend this ap and the helpful people who work there. This is the second store where I am using Outlink as the first store was very successful.
