Ralph was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure all of our requirements were fully understood and implemented. The system now runs perfectly smoothly, and all of our fulfillment data from the FTP server is transferred into Shopify without any issues.

App does exactly as described and has a lot of parameters to make it work for you. I had a small issue and Ralph immediately responded even though it turns out the issue was with my ftp host.

My team uses this app to fulfill customer orders and send them tracking information. We use several of the EZ apps and they all make for a smoother process! That plus the support team being very responsive and always helpful is why I'd rate it 5 stars.

Our team used this to automate our sales flow into our ERP using flat files to ftp. Its worked very well with no issues. Ralph has provided wonderful support. Really has been smooth and easy to use.

No longer am I cutting pasting hundreds of tracking IDs each day from an excel sheet into Shopify. Just 5 minutes of 'data wangling' and then it's all automated. Plus I asked these guys for a useful feature and they actually implemented it making my life even easier. Yay!!

This App has allowed me to automate a previously laborious task.
The developers have been very helpful helping get us up and running, and tweaking the App if we find any bugs (I've been helping beta test it).
Definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple fulfillment App.

I used this for submitting tracking numbers to my store from my supplier. It comes in handy. I dont think its worth $15/mo though.

The EZ apps team is incredible. They're extremely responsive by email (almost always less than 24 hours and sometimes immediately) and are committed to helping, not just sending you semi-related documents to read yourself. We use this and the EZ Exporter app and both are well-built, it's clear that they have thought of most use cases and also continue to improve with new feedback.

Suspect you will not be disappointed with this app - much better than others I've used!
