We used this app to bulk import late addresses from our recent kickstarter. The app works incredibly well! Haven't had any issues and ended up using it for a few other imports - overall a really time saver and the app is well thought through. I can't speak to the customer support because i never had a reason to reach out. I can def recommend this app if you wanna import some orders.

We used this app to move our client lists over from an existing very old website. It took a few attempts since they titled the data very differently but with the developers help we were able to successfully mover over a lot of data. We would highly recommend.

I dealt with Ralph (CEO) for EZ Importer. I was ready to call it quits when it didn't work the first time (and I am brand spanking new to Shopify), he offered to do a refund because I wasn't getting it right but he also offered to help me if I was willing to give it another try.
So I gave it another try and he went way above and beyond to help me get things working properly.

If it were not for his amazing customer service and willingness to help, I would probably have spent even more money, hiring one of Shopify's help staff.

Fantastic app for importing data easily from other ordering platforms. I imported all my old orders from Celery and will be importing orders from Amazon as well as old manual invoices from Xero. Now my customers can see ALL their orders in Shopify and my reports can go back further in time.

Developer is super responsive and fixed many issues that surfaced during my first import. If you have old orders (or even new orders) that were placed in systems other than Shopify this is a great tool for moving them into Shopify.

Great for kickstarter orders. Kickstarters exports can be a bit of a pain, but this app makes it fairly easy to move them over. Good support and help docs.

This actually should be built into shopify. Seems like a basic feature.

I was using a similar app in the past but ran into reliability problems and slow support, so needed a new solution.

I switched over to EZ Importer and couldn't be happier. The app works perfectly and the developer offers great timely support.

It's not cheap, even after special pricing for volume, but it's a solid app that does exactly what it advertises.

After a few days of cleaning and arranging our data and a couple of quick fixes helped by the solid support, we had no trouble importing ~90k orders into Shopify in about 36 hours.

One suggestion: let us input default values for fields directly from mapping, so we don't have to add for example a long column with the same country code in every cell. But still 5* and highly recommended for big order imports.

This app is remarkable! It delivers on what it says it will, is very easy to use, and the support is off the charts in terms or responsiveness, friendliness, and prompt issue resolution/troubleshooting.

Solid app; beats out any alternative out there.
