Automatically or manually bulk update your inventory quantity from CSV, Excel, JSON, or XML feeds.
Bulk update the available inventory quantity in Shopify by manually uploading a file or automatically pulling the data from an FTP/SFTP server or a website URL (such as a Google Sheets or Dropbox shared link, or a REST API endpoint). Supports CSV, Excel, JSON, and XML formats. Set up multiple supplier feeds / inventory feeds, multi-location support, and schedule automated inventory sync hourly or daily. You can map based on SKU, Barcode, Product Title, Variant ID, or a custom Variant Metafield.
- Automate inventory updates or manually upload a file to do a bulk update.
- Simple setup, only requires 2 fields: the item ID (e.g. SKU) and quantity.
- Supports CSV/TSV/TXT, XLS, XLSX, XML, and JSON feed formats.
- Supports reading data feeds from an FTP/SFTP server or a public website URL.
- Use formulas (Python), including conditional logic, to determine quantity.

What a great app! Our inventory is quite complicated with many different sources, rules and limitations. EZ Inventory can accomodate what no other app could. Additionally, Jonathan has gone above and beyond to help us time and again.

This is probably the most valuable app we use in our store to date. The developer is also very responsive.
This app has been really useful to update real time inventory from suppliers via FTP/SFTP. There have been some workarounds required to get us to the point that we needed to be able to recognise and update from Suppliers' SKUs which differ to our own but this was achieved with their very responsive help.
