Reached out to them several times regarding how the app was not working properly and they never got back to me. Bummer, but I'm sure there are other apps out there with better service and that work without issue!
Hello, we responded to your inquiry within 2 hours. The issue you were experiencing was due to a setting on your product page in the shopify admin. Not something from the app. We also have the solution for this issue in our faq page as well.
I could not get the app to work, wrote to them and within minutes everything was working. I love the feature and the support was quick to respond and fix the problem.
