Easy to use, simple app, doesn't do anything fancy, but it does exactly what is advertised.
My theme required changes to the app settings to work and the support team helped me with this very quickly! Great service!
My experience with EZ preorder has been great. As a growing brand that needs to leverage the power of preorders this app has truly helped me to think about growing my brand from a practical standpoint, especially when dealing with minimum order quantities. The best part is the customer support. They were there to answer all of my questions!
This app has made it easy for us to continue selling our products even after they are sold out, very helpful!
Does not seem to work on featured product!!
That is correct, the app currently only changes the button on the product page, not the featured product sections. However we are clear about stating this in the FAQ section of the app.
Love the ease of the app but so far, very buggy. I've sent messages to support without a response. Hoping to get this working smoothly as I love what it offers.
Our servers were down at the time of this review. This was addressed promptly.

One of our reels went viral to 100 million view so of course we sold out. But with a container on the way we decided to take preorders for the first time. You can't change the color of the button. It is not filled and same color as the background which makes it hard to see. The presale button is one of the most important parts of the sales funnel
