Very prompt support and excellent follow-up. Although the vendor is a small company, this actually benefits the maintenance of the app. They are user-focused, and if necessary, they can send a 'View Request' via Shopify to access your individual online store and resolve any issues directly. This process maintains the security of your site while allowing the vendor to fix the problem efficiently.
This level of support is particularly helpful for new Shopify users, as the experienced vendor understands the system far better than you might. You can also consult them about other related matters, making it feel less like simply purchasing an app (the basic version is free – with the same high-quality support!) and more like receiving a free consultation service. Well worth trying this app!
This app was very easy to use and worked well on my website.
I wanted a tick box added to my cart for customers to acknowledge that they understood we were on holidays and that orders will be sent out after we returned. It was great being able to edit the wording for the tick box and it worked exactly as it said it would and was easy for customers to use.
This gave me peace of mind and allowed me to continue to receive orders while we enjoyed our family holiday.

R Terms and Conditions is an important addition to any Shopify store. At Reflect Racing, we believe that informed consent is a key aspect of our relationship with customers. We were genuinely surprised to learn that Shopify doesn’t offer an opt-in checkbox for Terms and Conditions—something we view as essential. Fortunately, we discovered this app and were able to install and configure it in under five minutes. It has worked flawlessly from day one.

This app is unstable. It deactivated today with the box disappearing & customers could not complete checkout. It wasted over $1,000 ad spend & we cannot get it reactivated.

This was an isolated edge case, not reflective of the app’s usual performance, and we’ve since issued you a full refund and implemented safeguards to prevent it from happening again.
