If you are in India, you NEED this to truly have an automated system for fulfilment.

You can assign courier(s), send soft data to courier company, request for pick-up, send fulfilment data to shopify and customer ..... all in about 3 clicks. This has shaved off about an hour of my daily work, not to mention the mistakes.
When you have more than 50 orders a day, a few mistakes a week is inevitable, and costly. Having your process automated eliminates that.

At this point you must be thinking that I've been paid for this review, but I have not been. These guys went above and beyond with the issues that I identified to them after downloading their software and solved the problems within days. Hence they deserve every bit of praise.
