2: The platform works perfectly well against our order management. Best customer care, we will have a favorable resolution on our queries within a time limit. The return management help to manage the return orders.
We are using this app for order fulfillment and to sending SMS notification to our customers and its been great. It has improved our efficiency of order processing and fulfillment on daily basis. The support team is too good, they are always ready to help us. Highly Recommended.
My manual efforts are almost zero, shipment processing speed increased up to 70-80%. perfect invoicing with GST.

we have been using this app for a while now. It's easy to use, helps create invoices in a breeze since we don't have a different accounting software for this. Plus the multi courier integration ensures that you can assign the courier tracking number and have a one point solution for shipping multiple orders. Highly recommended. The support team is also very pro-active in resolving any sort of queries.

Pros:
- We have been using this app for about 4 months and they have made a lot of progress since then. They are constantly releasing new features which is great.
- The customer team is extremely efficient and resolve queries within 24-48 hours.
Cons:
Some of the following missing features would make the experience even better:
- Return Management of individual items from an order.
- Inventory adjustment on Shopify for Cancellations/Returns/RTO/Editing Order which has been made on Ezyslips
- Highlighting suspicious customers for (COD orders especially)
Great app with interesting features. I love the feature which aware us about the incomplete address and mobile number, through that I can reduce my RTO and returns.
