We have been using Shipway for our logistics needs, and the experience has been outstanding. Their logistics solutions are top-notch, making the entire shipping process seamless and efficient. The value-added services (VAS) they offer, such as COD order confirmation, NDR automation suite, and Shopify Pushback status, have significantly enhanced our operational efficiency.
The COD order confirmation service ensures that our cash-on-delivery orders are verified promptly, reducing the risk of fake orders and ensuring smoother transactions. The NDR automation suite has streamlined our non-delivery report management, saving us valuable time and effort. I have been using the Order Management System (OMS) provided by Shipway for quite a long time now. The system is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and packed with features that have streamlined our order processing and tracking to a great extent. The real game-changer, however, has been the exceptional customer support provided by Rishabh. His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction have been outstanding. The seamless integration with Amazon (ATS) and Shopify is a cherry on top. Overall, I highly recommend Shipway to anyone in the e-commerce domain due to their dependable and versatile shipping solutions.
Exceptionally bad service. Two of my shipments have been RTO without contacting the customer. It was company address and two contact numbers were given.
One shipment returned with 50% items missing. Other shipment is in my location but not delivered since August 26, 2024.
I have raised ticket number 35918. Neither customer service is responding despite several follows... Nor my account manager.
I am having to resort to this option because of no response to my issues raised.

Worst service from any shipment company ever. They will stop your COD remittance and block your account without any reason and they do not have any contact number. You can only create tickets on which they will never reply. Better go for Nimbuspost and Shiprocket at least they will not steal your money.
I am writing this because I had a good experience in Shipway. Although I had issues regarding returns , where it took 1 month to deliver the RTOs, I want to specifically appreciate our POC Shivam Sharma, who was always available for any query and tried his best to understand our problem. He is one of the best people in Shipway. I would recommend Shipway if you are getting started but beware of their RTOs, they rarely come back on time
