I am using this app from last 3 months . Superb customer support . one click invoice and lable generation . fantastic tracking system and best NDR management system . Thankyou easyslip team :)

A lot of limitation for international shippers invoices cant be printed, returns are not available for international shippers, integrating with our couriers didn't happen as promised.

The App charges for all the orders irrespective you generate shipment label or not... In logical case, the charges should be based on the labels created.
Let me give you an example: I have an order which requires hand delivery and I don't need to generate labels. Moreover, there is nowhere mentioned on the App store that the charges are for orders synced not for labels.

Apart from this hidden charging information, the features are good.

I used this App for booking my shipments via different couriers.
Service is really great , yeah there are some problems while understanding the GUI where needs support from Ezyslip team , and they are available 24*7.

Hope for more innovation from your end for boosting our sales.

Everyone praises them for their "communication" yet i found it quite slow and ill-defined, there is a clear lack of integration and support for international shops and couriers, however, when contacted to try and implement/integrate some of the couriers we require their response went from "we would like to" to a "we can not" in under a week. Understandable in some cases, but their response was unprofessional and inept.
A service that lacks vision and fails to grow or innovate when needed.
Whilst my experience might be subjective and/or is not universal, it is however the experience i had.

extremely bad service have been asking them to complete the account setup so that we can start shipping but no one responds. At the end tired of following up and deleting the app. Not happy with the customer support , they are not prompt about the commitments and don't care about what customer wants to do with the app.
