User friendly, Direct to the point, and Awesome support. Definitely recommended to a newbie or advance Shopify user.

Great app and amazing support!
Had an issue with the way I had set it up and had my issue fixed in minutes allowing my customers to keep in touch :)

I highly recommend this app and the customer service is excellent. I had a minor problem and Malak helped me and fix it in a matter of minutes.

This app functions exactly as expected. I have the Warehouse theme and it initially would not show the chat button. When I messaged support they sent me the line of script that needed to be added to one of the files. No issues after that!
