I think its great, easy to install and intuitive to use, it allows me to answer customer questions quickly whereever I am.

Great app, you can customize your chat button and it's very easy to use. Also, the customer service is helpful and answers quickly.

Eventually, it worked. Support staff responded fast. It didn't work at first I THINK because of domain whitelisting through Messenger API so it would be helpful if the documentation included a part on how to format the whitelisted domain.

Simple smart messenger chat app, I am already using on another store.
When initiating a chat, the user stays on the store, which to me is a must.
NB: If your page does not show to connect, when installing, there's a little instruction, and its easy peasy. I recommend for design usability and simplicity.

Installation is very easy. I will be a great tool to use 24/7. Minimum 100 characters is rather imposing............
