So far so Good -- Im still learning the ropes and the support has been amazing and very helpful. Im 60 and if I can do it you can as well!
We began having issues with orders not pulling into the META app, then when we sent in tickets for support, despite having paid for 24/7 support, it would take days to receive a response. The response would be about our ETSY integration, which had also recently been deleted, but was not an issue. We spent the majority of this month asking for and waiting on answers, leaving customers in the balance and essentially wasting the money we spent on a plan for better service. Requests for a refund after pointing this out were ignored, or we again were asked about Etsy. It was disappointing to say the least, but we have to make the best decision for our customers and finally give up on this app and the money wasted.
The app was easy to install, set up was a bit of a faff and not as automated as I hoped (TikTok shop) but after putting in the time to set it up it worked ok. The snag is that the 'free' option is not 10 orders a month but 10 orders in total. So very quickly you have to upgrade. It's very misleading on the pricing page and as you can now sync Shopify directly I decided not to bother upgrading.
Very helpful and patient as I am not a computer programer -- quick to respond.

You want poor customer support that you cant understand because they are Indian and dont give 2 craps about you then sign up.

Using the Tiktok app has been a very bad experience. We have manually click everyday to sync the 100 products and 75% of the time, the app pops a message saying you've reached your 100/day product limit even though last time was 3 days ago. Cedcommerce doesn't help but just says it's Tiktok app issue.

The app was easy to install and to connect to Facebook. The issue I have right now is the I cannot delete any of the items from the catalog because: Settings can't be edited!
You only have access to create ads with this catalog. To edit settings for this data feed file, you need to contact someone who has permission to manage this catalog.
I contacted CED, Harsh email me the instructions to delete, but If I don't have the permissions to do it, it doesn't do any good.
Obviously if the app doesn't allow you to do but CREATE ADDS, and not manage your catalog or items, is not something that I will be interesting in purchasing.
I hope that Harsh Yadav is able to give the permission I need to be able to delete the items from the test catalog.
After nearly two years of using Ced Commerce, I regretfully need to voice my concerns. While the app functions well when things run smoothly, it becomes a different story when issues arise.
My primary disappointment stems from their customer service. Although they have consistently responded with courtesy, it often seemed that they lacked a deeper understanding of their own product. The solutions they offered were basic and unfortunately fell short of resolving my challenges.
This back-and-forth became a significant drain on my time, leading to missed sales opportunities and considerable frustration. Considering this is a paid app, the value proposition diminishes significantly when facing these challenges, as the customer service seems to do the bare minimum in providing support.
In the fast-paced world of online stores, time is of the essence, especially when you have active advertising campaigns. Every moment spent trying to troubleshoot with Ced Commerce was a moment too long.
My advice is to consider other apps. While Ced Commerce might work fine when there are no hiccups, be prepared for lengthy and frustrating endeavors should any issues emerge.
