My representative was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeanle. I wasnt sure how to navigate configuring my account but he made the process seamless. Great teamwork! The app is really easier to use than I thought. It took all of 2 min to upload everything to FB & IG. Very easy to use.

I am just starting to use the app but so far I am genuinely pleased with the customer service! Arpit has been so helpful in explaining what I need to do and walked me through step by step. We have spoken through a live internet call and using WhatsApp. It has been wonderful. He is super patient considering I am still very new to eComm and helping me navigate my way through setup.
