Very helpful, fixed the issues I was having with settings that I had clicked on by mistake. They were great getting things up and working as it should.

Really liked the Support and 1:1 response. Tried many other apps but CedCommerce is the best. The treat you as a family. Easy setup and onboarding. Really recommend. Hoping my business will flourish with their help.

I was given clear and concise information and instruction on how to set up the marketplace linked to my account. Very smooth and easy process. I was recommended this app after the Facebook app I was using initially stopped working and it hadn’t worked for months. Didn’t know what was the issue and had to go through multiple people to figure out the issue. Eventually after it was escalated to a Shopify assistant they recommended this app instead. It was easy and seem-less especially with the help of the live assistant that was very patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything that made the process so much better. Hopefully I can now regain lost traffic and potential sales due to his guidance. Would definitely recommend this app for sure.

AMAZING, I am not tech savy. I had things messed up so the rep did a screen share and walked me through the entire process and fixed what I messed up. I highly recommend! She also helped me setup my facebook market place to sell there as well.
