CED ‑ Facebook Feed & Ads

Wir fangen gerade erst an, die App zu testen. Zunächst galt es alles einzurichten. Hierfür haben wir den Support genutzt. Dieser war super. Geduldig und hilfsbereit! Tolle Erfahrung!

They have excellent support and helped me install the app and get it to sync with Facebook. They did screen sharing and walked me through the app.

Customer service was great. There were some hiccups while I was setting up both FB & IG Shopping Catalogs but he/she remained calm & patient while guiding me throughout the set up! Very grateful & would highly recommend this app to anyone!

I really enjoyed and appreciated the support to connect and upload my shopify shop to my facebook shop. I would really also require more guidance on the Instagram shop when the account will be ready- The account will be approved by the facebook.
The interaction with your team was great and am look for more sessions on the same area.
