CED ‑ Facebook Feed & Ads

I've been using the TikTok Shop Cedcommerce Social Connector app for a few months now and I'm very pleased with how it has streamlined my business operations. The automatic order syncing saves me so much time by eliminating the need to manually enter orders. I can now focus my energy on other important tasks.

App is very clear and easy to navigate and use as well.

Hit their limit cap on my store the week of BFCM. No email. No flashing bells. No leniency. No order flow.

So after half a day trying to figure out why my ads weren't converting, I figured out the CEDCommerce wasn't allowing orders to flow on TikTok Shop. Again. No alarm bells or leniency to allow orders to go past their cap. Thousands of dollars of ad spend wasted with $0 in sales because they didn't get their extra $100.

Then when I tried to upgrade my plan, it wouldn't allow me because there's more bugs in their software than an entomologist's lab.

Has been pretty good, they are a fast support... For now we are happy since that we started work with CedCommerce

CedCommerce and been the best solution i have found for import and exporting products to and from different marketplaces. I had a sku duplication issue and Prabhjot has given me great support to fix the issue.

Great - I’m so pleased with this service, they helped me upload my products to TikTok Shop. I had a few difficulties, but they got me through all of them with ease.

Have to say we have been trying to get our shop on facebook for nearly 18 months but continued to run into brick walls, I found this app yesterday and within a day we are finally on facebook shop, thanks to Ashish we are now live on facebook.

The app is okay, and it does the job. However, the developer requests for any basic setup additional fees, normally starting at $49 USD for anything. We use other CedCommerce integrations, and this is the poorest one. It is very limited and always says that the setup options will be available in the next update, but nothing yet.
