I have been using the CedCommerce TikTok Shopify Connector app and wanted to share my experience with the app and its customer support. Overall, my experience has been fantastic!!
The app has proven to be very effective in connecting my Shopify store with TikTok. The features offered, such as product syncing, automatic order management, etc., have been smooth and reliable. The integration process was easy and seamless.
The customer support provided by CedCommerce has been exceptional.

The app is okay, and it does the job. However, the developer requests for any basic setup additional fees, normally starting at $49 USD for anything. We use other CedCommerce integrations, and this is the poorest one. It is very limited and always says that the setup options will be available in the next update, but nothing yet.

Excellent customer service and help making sure you're onboarding is done correctly. Highly recommend from the experience I've had so far working with the CedCommerce team.

App is pretty straight forward to set up, was able to sync the desired product to Tiktok Shop. Not sure where the error is but none of my products are available for purchase though so defeats the purpose. History on each item shows 'OpenAPI' keeps updating the available inventory for all my items to 0. I opened a ticket with both Tiktok and CedCommerce to look into. Still waiting to hear back from TikTok but CedCommerce support looked into the ticket for a bit then ghosted me in chat. I got an email later that ticket was closed as resolved..but uhm not resolved. Not really happy with it, maybe I'll try another Tiktok interfacing app

The customer service was excellent. Importing products from my store to the cedcomm app was super quick and easy. I was having an issue uploading product to Shopify store and went to the chat and they were able to upload all of my products to my TikTok shop in 5 minutes…. This is a service worth paying for!! Highly recommend! Don’t waste time or money with the other connector apps.

They have no support even with $19 plan. For support you have to buy $299 plan. Its rubbish actually. Never trust a company which have hidden agenda to sell.

I just installed the app. I had a little trouble synching my Shopify catalog,but the customer support was amazing. They were patience and got me set up. This app will greatly help with synching my Shopify store with our Facebook and Instagram shops. This app allowed additional product images to be synched other than just the default ones which I could do with the FB / IG app that I was using. This will help our marketing on Meta tremendously.

One of the better apps for Facebook and Instagram. 24 hour support and constantly updates your product plus you can run ads from your Shopify admin.

Was a good app before the upgrade. After the upgrade always received an error page. Uninstalled and reinstalled and left the update running for hours and it never finished.

Now that I have used the app for a while every time I try and get support it is crickets.
No one answers the email. I did get one email back but it took a long time and now again it is crickets. I am going to switch to another app.

Just spent a good hour+ with a rep who helped me connect my account. I shared my shared my screen, but my mic didn't work. The rep was so patient and helped me navigate through everything very well considering. My facebook shop is a disaster due to a former app I was using; their app was not feeding/updating my page which has resulted in a big problem. I use CedCommerce for eBay and was very impressed with the set-up process, knowledge of the reps and how patient and helpful they were. Since I discovered my facebook issue, I found CedCommerce also data feeds to facebook. So glad I did.They are working to resolve the issue.
