CED ‑ Facebook Feed & Ads

So far the support has been nothing short of amazing.. I had been using another app for this for a few years and it was always so hard to work out with no support and I was unable to tag products.. it was driving me crazy.. we are still finishing off the final set up but I have great confidence that all will be ok with the level of support I have now received.

App is Amazing, great customer service. Easy to use. Best way to set up product in different platforms.

I was upset that my Facebook shop and Shopify store integration were not working properly. Anand Agarwal from CedCommerce assured me that he would be able to help out and he did a superb job communicating to me each step of the process. Not only was this issue resolved but some issues with my Facebook manager account were discovered and also fixed by Anand Agarwal. He was patient and helpful, which caused me to feel comfortable, and I definitely plan on calling his team again for help in the future. I must give Ced a 5 star rating for their customer support. They were patient in walking me through the process, and even sent me screen shots as I set-up my FB Business Manager. I haven't used the orders yet but based on my experience, these guys are serious in their trade.

So I am having some ongoing problems... something to do with something on Facebook's end. However my customer support experience with CED Commerce has been excellent so far. Shubangi and Shivalika (who helped me with CED Commerce's Etsy Client) have been helping me this evening, and also Ashish and Arpit as well have been most accommodating. This app was briefly working for a few days and I already had one order from it (while I don't have very many items listed at all) so I know that it will be most useful and lucrative once it's all functioning harmoniously together.
