So far, Omega has a decent customer support and I cannot say anything bad about it. I will definetly update you about the IOS 14 thing.

Absolutely great app! Worth all the money, for sure. It saves a lot of time to connect the pixel, and they track with UTMs, which are often times more accurate. The support is amazing; they help you with everything and are very kind and understanding

The Multi Facebook Pixels app itself is a game-changer for anyone looking to track customer behavior on their Shopify store. It was easy to install and set up, and customer support was awesome If you need any help, you will have someone to talk to and help guide you through right away!

It is very simple and easy to manage Facebook Pixel with Omega... was very simple to install the app and config it. The support team give me all the help that I needed to double check if my Facebook Pixel was working correctly on my site... The app is amazing.
