I would say fundamental! Even though I had a problem with my theme, customer service was available to install the pixel correctly manually... I must say that in addition to the usefulness of the app, they were really capable and helpful... thank you very much

My cost per purchase was around $6-10 (sometimes even higher) before installing this app and it has literally gone down to $1 at times. It still ranges from $1 to $5 but something is CLEARLY working with this app. My ads feel like they did prior to IOS14. Seriously, if you're struggling with FB's pixel data not being super accurate give this app a shot. Customer service has also been unbelievably helpful- going above and beyond at times. I haven't been compensated for writing this review or anything. I am just seriously blown away and relieved to see my ads performing so well!

Installed this app recently and had an issue where the pixel duplicated and fired twice. Contacted the support team and someone from the Omega Help Center named Tracy provided immediate assistance as soon as possible. Really happy with the customer service with quick and kind response.

Because I changed my theme my pixel was suddenly not tracking events anymore. With the help of the apps customer service we got it working very quickly again! They are very helpful, and the app is very much recommended!
