Helpful customer service. Better than Facebook. I would really recommend thi s app if you use Klarna as payment method.

I use the app to connect the pixel and conversion API and also to set up a catalog. It was fairly simple and I got good support from the customer service live chat

I am using this app in my main store successfully, I am not too technical then the Omega team was helping me to setup everything correctly and now I am planing to add this app in my new store. The app has all the information in the dashboard and allow me to define the pixels from a collection level to a product specific, I love this app because allows me to use the Conv API to get a more accurate tracking of the events in my store being the perfect replacing for the limited facebook channel app.
Support is great and they are well prepared and answering all my questions and helping me to get things done.

Thankx Stella for the support. I had struggle to capture IC and ATC and the team helped me through team viewer and the problem has been solve in 10 mn. Awesome support.

Tried several Facebook pixel related tools and found this one the best, easiest and most convenient to use, highly recommended and worth having!

I highly recommend this application! I recently had an issue with a Facebook pixel and was assisted by Trancy and Henry's support. Both of them were extremely helpful and attentive in helping me resolve the issue. The support I received was by far the best I have ever encountered.

Tracy in particular was exceptionally friendly and patient with me while working to find a solution. I really appreciated the way she communicated with me and kept me informed throughout the process.

In summary, this application is excellent, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the support I received. Thank you again to Tracy and Henry for all the help!

I started using this app for better tracking and information sharing between my store and FB. It has been working fine...but, it does miss some purchases. I have contacted support and expect to get the issue sorted. Thanks

Regarding the purchase events, our support team also explained you the case that Facebook now does not support real time report, so we recommend you to check the past days instead, in addition, you can check right from our app Analytics that we already sent enough purchases to Facebook from the time you installed our app.

The tracking of this application is perfect. I am using this app on all of my Shopify accounts and it is working fine. Other than that, customer support is active and from the team, and Tracy is a very supportive girl in this team, She helped me to track Conversions APi along with Facebook pixel.
