SB: Facebook Pixel and TikTok

Was having issues with my Meta pixel not tracking purchases correctly. Installed FBtrack and support checked everything for me. Turns out I had duplicate events. They fixed it quickly. Working fine since then.

Fbtrack is really awesome. The fact that it allows to add a pixel per collection is really game changing when it comes to ad campaigns optimization if you have multiple niches or even just multiple products for different demographics. Support is also one of the best in the Shopify app store. I had contacted them about an unknown Facebook pixel that I found on my store, and they helped me identify that app that added it

I first used this app for 3 days and my tracking numbers went crazy, but after I talked with them support, I understood that I hadn't follow them instructions. I had to delete my Pixel from shopify store and put that into the FBTRACKING Pixel. Now I have installed 4 backup pixels (including the original) and the Pixels fire perfectly and the numbers shows exactly.

Great support and customer service, I switched to premium version.

This app out is definitely worth it, It's pretty affordable, and does the job very well. They even helped me identify which app added an unknown pixel to my store

I use this app on my stores to manage Facebook pixels and it works pretty awesome. It needs to be used to manage all the Facebook pixels including the main pixel otherwise it can cause double firing, but this is pretty much the case with any pixel app I have tried. It seems some people get confused about that
