We are not receiving the "Add to Cart" event since we started using your application. We have also raised a ticket earlier, but we haven't received a response from your end.

App disinstallato, abbonamento recesso . Dopo due mesi ricevo ancora addebito. Contattato assistenza senza risposta. Non so più come fare

I was having trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did. The App is great but what's better than the app is the support, super helpful and helps solve any issues and answer questions. Happy customer, Thanks guys!
I first used this app for 3 days and my tracking numbers went crazy, but after I talked with them support, I understood that I hadn't follow them instructions. I had to delete my Pixel from shopify store and put that into the FBTRACKING Pixel. Now I have installed 4 backup pixels (including the original) and the Pixels fire perfectly and the numbers shows exactly.
Great support and customer service, I switched to premium version.
The app is no more working as promised and we have lost a lot of money because of it. Highly disappointed with the experience. Rating it singlet star after 3-4 months of happy usage. The app has gone wrong since last month.
This app is awesome.
Support is lacklustre. I am disappointed.
System is very easy. Not complicated at all to use. Great app to track all your audiences. When you need assistance, the customer support is responsive enough to help you. Overall, it is a very good app.

I use this app very well for many stores, but for this store, I installed the app but it could not send only Purchase event to Facebook (other events like view content, Checkouts Initiated, Add To Cart... sent normally), I know it because It shows result Checkouts Initiated, Add To Cart... in Facebook Ads Manager but always empty with column result for my campaign with Sale Objective . I sent email to support but not any reply. Please check my configuration and help! Thanks!
