a little too complicated (each account have 3 different home page, and each with different functions, why not put into one with catagory), but okay since useful

It's crazy! not working I have tried and did everything they asked for without any change!still showing ACTION REQUIRED!

O app Facebook & Instagram é essencial para quem trabalha com marketing digital e e-commerce. A integração com o Shopify facilita a criação de lojas, sincronização de produtos e gerenciamento de anúncios em ambas as plataformas. A interface é intuitiva, mas poderia ser mais otimizada em alguns momentos. No geral, é uma ferramenta poderosa para contribuições de vendas e engajamento.

Lets face it no one would use this if there was an alternative. interface is clunky and full of bugs.

I found it diffcult to list products as some would be declined without an explanation as to why this was, other than 'commerce policies'. This didn't help me rectify the problem with editing product descriptions etc., the specific issue needs to be given. The help from the developers was limited.

You get a good looking shop on your socials, not enough time to truely rate, but hopefully a good experience as well.

I have been trying to link my shopify store to my facebook for over a year now and I am still having the same problems

I'm prompted to connect my account on a weekly basis. I'm so frustrated with this and close to just removing it and giving up. nothing worked properly with this.

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Würde die App wie vorgesehen funktionieren, würden wir 5 Sterne vergeben. Da Shops aus Österreich jedoch nicht mehr unterstützt werden, ist die App für uns kaum noch sinnvoll. Trotz hoher Werbekosten werden Werbekonten ohne ersichtlichen Grund eingeschränkt. Das erschwert die Arbeit für Shops in Österreich erheblich. Im Vergleich: Bei TikTok können zumindest kostenlos Produktlinks zu Videos hinzugefügt werden – bei Meta hingegen muss man für den blauen Haken bezahlen, um überhaupt zwei Links setzen zu dürfen.
