i started to use this app, i like! but i found some difficult to did a configurated and intalation this tool

I can't get any help, unfortunately. My account keeps getting temporarily disabled every week or so, and I cannot reach out to anybody. Reviews last for days and I never get an actual reason for the disabling. I comply with every policy, yet I still encounter issues and have nobody to ask for help from to at least find out if I am doing something wrong and what that is. On top of that, this app keeps showing me errors. Been trying to reconnect my store for the past hour and I keep getting different errors and time-outs. Really frustrating.

Facebook orders do not sync and integrate with the Shopify platform. Facebook confirms the order has been placed, but nothing shows up on the Shopify end. I used to love the Shopify platform, but recently it has been nothing but a nightmare. After reading hundreds of forums and spending countless hours, still no response from the Shopify support. We all would appreciate some help before we change to another platform.

I'm really just getting started but I hear it's a very good app. Im very excited to see what I can do with it.
The app is well-integrated and generally setup was easy to follow; however, on the Facebook side, there's a lot of business marketing jargon that I don't understand. The entire Business Manager setup was not intuitive and, again, contains jargon that people who are not in the industry will not understand. The Business Manager experience needs an interface update, too. I'm just sitting here hoping things work out and that I didn't sign up for something I didn't know about.
The app doesn't work. It says "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." It's been several days!

I cannot connect to Facebook Channel app but I was connected to the Facebook Shop app and everything was working well on my Facebook page. However, after deleting Facebook Shop thinking it was the cause for being unable to connect I have now lost the ability to connect on Facebook Shop and can not connect to either Facebook apps and now my business and store does not exist on Facebook!!! I need immediate assistance!!! Every time I attempt to "Install Facebook" I get the "Sorry, something went wrong" message and when I hit "Go Back" I am suddenly logged into the Facebook profile it said couldn't connect but nothing has connected to shopify and I can't put in my Facebook Pixel, Use Facebook, Create Ads, Sell products... This is catastrophic. Please Assist.
