Facebook & Instagram

Leider ist die Nutzung von Meta ohne jeglichen Support nahezu unmöglich. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, Hilfe zu erhalten, gibt es keinerlei Unterstützung oder Reaktion auf Kontaktanfragen. Angeblich verstößt meine Website, www.bunteshirts.com, gegen die Richtlinien, jedoch gibt es keine konkreten Hinweise darauf, welche Verstöße vorliegen. Die Suche nach Lösungen auf den zahlreichen Hilfeseiten war erfolglos, und die Integration der Website in Facebook ist daher nicht möglich.

Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn bei Problemen konkrete Unterstützung geboten würde. Stattdessen scheint es, als würde das System lediglich Inhalte filtern, ohne klare Hinweise zu geben, wo das Problem liegt. Inzwischen musste ich auf andere Plattformen ausweichen, die offensichtlich keine Probleme mit meiner Website haben.

Eine Stellungnahme oder ein konstruktiver Lösungsansatz seitens Meta wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Le falta manejar mejor las notificaciones para el usuario, por meses me salía un mensaje que el Facebook Shop estaba en review y no me daba mas info, después que contacté a soporte resulta que hay que hacer muchas cosas en la pagina de Meta Business que en ningún lugar dicen que hay que hacer.

Not easy to use at all. It struggles to connect to Pages, and the shop doesn’t function properly. Sometimes the Facebook Shop works—but often it doesn’t. Product tagging is unreliable and frequently reports items as unavailable even when they’re in stock. Support is virtually nonexistent; instead of real help, you’re just pointed to generic setup instructions. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The app has a bug that doesn't allow me to verify my business even though the store is already live and approved. After submitting my biz info, a verification code lands in my email but the screen never changes for me to type in that code.

Connecting my FB account to my Shopify store was confusing. I couldn't tell if Shopify was connected to my FB personal page or my business page?

not great, still hasnt synced my shop with facebook, has been "in review: for 3 months now even though my products have been approved. this has stopped me from properly utilising the app features

At first glance it's good, it promises to make it work.
But it really underdelivers. You still have to do many things in the meta account, which is terrible, I mean astoundingly terrible.
I am new to this but I'm a developer and I still don't understand anything on it. Not shopify's fault, but I really thought the facebook and instagram app would handle all of this nonsense for me. It doesn't.
Now I have a semi-connection and I don't know what to do to make it work, neither what it is supposed to do if it can't do that, great.

Somewhat helpful in terms of data and ads but un-needlessly difficult to create a shop on Facebook and Instagram through this app - I have been waiting for several months for my store in Facebook and Instagram to be approved by their admin.
