absolute garbage system. does not sync or show any products between facebook and your store. impossible to setup, tells you all these existing errors but no way of resolving them. waste of time and money. dont bother, use a different store and advertising system.

Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful.

Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc.
Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

such a slow service for reviews and when click on GET SUPPORT.. the meta pro team doesn't even know what they are doing and talking about. I just had a word with the META PRO TEAM and i was explaining her something and she started explaining me something which completely useless and doesn't even require that kind of information.

Please fasten your reviewing process and have proper experts in the team who can understand the query and answer accurately and precisely.

Ive really been a facebook advocate until this weeks struggle . After having my ad account disabled, the Facebook team did nothing to help resolve the issue but instead kept sending me automated messages that don't help a beginner understand where they went wrong and how they could change their practices to suit Facebook policies. I wish they could be more helpful and resolve the case without sending my business into the ground before it even has a chance to stand.

TERRIBLE. Will not stay connected to facebook account EVER. extremely minimal customization, yet way too complicated at the same time. They need a complete redesign.
