I thought this processes was going to be scary and intimidating, but it was easier then I thought it would be and the help aids were there to guide me every step of the way.

Our ad account has been disabled after we set up the Facebook software, and dealing with Facebook has been a complete nightmare. I'm now attempting to uninstall the Facebook channel, which has proven to be a near-impossible task due to my inability to communicate directly with anyone inside Shopify and Facebook.

This app is so helpful in creating advertise, syncing products and sell on Facebook shop. I give it 5 stars because it also connects with Instagram.

Shopify is a lot better at giving help than you are. Shopify and Facebook should combine support services. It was difficult and I still have issues.

It was clear and understandable. No waste of time. I liked it a lot.

I used this app to connect to friends and relatives. Getting connected and updated on current situation and latest news.
Finding new friends in Facebook and suppliers somehow widen your connections and able to communicate instantly. Enjoying the chat through Messenger.

Thank you - you are making this easier and easier for small business owners to understand. It tool me months to understand the directions to delete the old Facebook app in "settings" - I though I had to do that in my Facebook. Finally realized it meant Shopify settings.
