I asked for help setting up my Facebook page to my business website. The guy who originally set it up committed suicide last year so I cannot get them to help out. I sent more than half a dozen times photo Id, Passport. Driving licence, bank statements and signed statement and still no one has helped. Now they are asking for me to send in a photograph of my signing a statement. It’s an absolute joke !! I have now dealt with more than 12 people who are constantly asking me for the same things. Disgraceful!!

This is an easy app to use and basically does everything for you. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!

I used this app to set up a shop on my Instagram account. I liked the straightforward nature of the prompts, but it lagged sometimes and made me worried I would have to reenter some info. It was fine, but there was no way to no until I refreshed a lot of the times. It would be nice if refresh and load times were faster or had prompts to let me know how it was progressing.
worked well. very easy to follow. now we will see if it actually works! looking forward to selling in facebook.
looking to manage facebook channel under shopify platform, setting all up is been very simple, our online business has grown every year and the experience is been great
it doesn't work. keeps saying there is an error when i try to open it.
which means i now can't add a pixel either

Really struggling with the facebook apps, trying to set up a new collection in my FB insta store, i spend hours doing it then it isnt recognised! sems like FB is all over the place at the moment, no customer support or help either.
Also it seems to import every single item i've ever had on my store, including all the out of stock, archived products, its making the feed enormous and full of things i dont want, really wastes loads of your time!
I use this app to sell my products and I really enjoy it. I like the way they help you grow your business.
The app seems to work well for my needs so far. Haven't run into any major issues. 5 stars for now, unless my experience changes down the road.
