It was easy to set-up, user-friendly. There were no issues with connecting social platforms and catalog

Lots of steps to go through. I dont like how i had to scroll through all countries to get to US to set up marketing but overall good experience

I used the app to create new Facebook and Instagram shops. The set up seems very good and gives me the impression that it has handled a lot of complicated integrations for me. 4 stars because one of the admin screens is showing me that a few products (baseball hats) are not approved for Instagram, but another admin screen shows me that everything is approved. Also, 4 stars because I don't have a "View Shop" link in the admin but I am trusting that it looks ok and is working like other shops I see.

Super quick process. I did it in my spare time while watching tv. I was going to put it off but I’m glad I didn’t .

Pre-requisite application for running an Instagram shop. Installing Facebook was easy enough, all my products were automatically synced and able to sell in approximately one hour.

Very easy to set up, however, did take time to sync, so at the start, I wasn't sure if it was working. I am also not sure about the catalogue set up.
